The Urban Festival will take over the Amphitheatre of Parque Juncal in Torrejón de Ardoz this Friday, offering an evening full of entertainment for the youth of the municipality. From 7 PM to 11 PM, attendees will be able to enjoy rap battles, rap, and karaoke, along with a special snack prepared for the occasion. This event is part of the municipal programme ‘Sube-T’, which aims to promote healthy nightlife among young people.
The initiative is aimed at boys and girls aged 14 to 25, promoting not only entertainment but also healthy habits. The City Council has designed this activity as a response to the need to offer recreational alternatives that prevent risky behaviours and addictions in this age group.
Throughout September, ‘Sube-T’ will continue its programming, which will include activities such as a BMX exhibition and class, a paddle tournament, night hiking routes, and the much-anticipated festival Torresón Fest ’26, scheduled for October 2. These activities are partially funded by the Ministry of Health, reflecting an institutional commitment to youth health.
