A Meeting for Adventure Lovers
On 21st March, Madrid became the meeting point for those passionate about exploration and professional adventure. The III Explorers' Gala, organised by Ruteon, took place at the iconic Academy of Cinema, where prominent explorers, documentarians, and content creators gathered, dedicating their lives to discovering remote corners of the planet.

One of the most emotional moments was the award for the Inti Route, which received the title of Adventure of the Year. This project, with over 12 years promoting outdoor educational experiences for young people, was valued for its focus on fostering values such as coexistence and respect for nature.
Another notable recognition was the Special Award 2026, given to Rubén Díez, known as Lethal Crysis. This creator has captured global attention thanks to his ability to document complex realities in challenging environments. Throughout the event, Diego Cortijo, head of Ruteon, emphasised how these types of meetings are essential for understanding travel not just as a recreational activity, but as a valuable tool for acquiring knowledge about our world.
