The magic of the Three Kings parade lights up Tetuán on January 4

An event full of illusion and tradition

The district of Tetuán is preparing to welcome, once again, Their Majesties the Three Kings in an event that promises to be unforgettable. The Three Kings Parade, scheduled for Sunday, January 4, 2026, has become an unmissable event that brings together families and friends in a festive and joyful atmosphere. This year, the parade will take place before the main one in central Madrid, allowing more people to enjoy it without inconvenience.

Starting at 6:00 PM, the royal procession will begin its route from the Glorieta de Cuatro Caminos, passing through the iconic Calle Bravo Murillo until it reaches the Municipal Board of the Tetuán District. This route, although short, is designed to maximize visibility and enjoyment from both the sidewalks and balconies. Residents are invited to come out and share this magical moment with their loved ones.

Not only children will enjoy the event; adults will also be able to relive their childhood by watching the colourful floats pass by and participating in the festive atmosphere. At the end of the route, children will have the unique opportunity to meet Melchor, Gaspar, and Baltasar, where they can hand them their letters with wishes and dreams. Additionally, there will be a children's show at the Municipal Board that will start at the same time as the parade.

Given the magnitude of the event, temporary road closures will be implemented on several streets in the district. The Municipal Police will be present to ensure the event runs safely. It is highly recommended to use public transport, as some bus lines will have modifications to their routes during the hours leading up to the start of the royal parade.
