The XXXV edition of the Móstoles City Awards recognised six outstanding initiatives in the business and social sphere. The ceremony, held on June 25, marked a record participation with 77 entries.
The Teatro del Bosque was the chosen venue for the XXXV edition of the Móstoles City Awards, where a gala highlighted the work of local businesses and entrepreneurs. This event, held on June 25, not only awarded the best initiatives in the municipality but also emphasised the importance of entrepreneurship in the economic and social development of Móstoles.
Among the awardees is T9, who received the Entrepreneurial Person Award for their remarkable trajectory. Local commerce was also recognised; Qanimals was awarded as Proximity Commerce, while Keenzo Restaurante took home the award for the Hospitality Sector. Additionally, Fisioterapia Keops was honoured as Businesswoman of the Year and Martinrea Honsel Spain (MRHS) received the award for Company.
Not only businesses were in the spotlight; a special mention was also awarded to Punto Omega for its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility. This recognition highlights how entities can contribute to social well-being beyond the commercial sphere.
The mayor, Manuel Bautista, present at the ceremony alongside other members of the municipal government and representatives of the local socioeconomic fabric, highlighted that this edition recorded a record participation with a total of 77 entries submitted. "The Móstoles City Awards recognise those who generate employment, wealth, and opportunities," Bautista stated during his speech.
Over the years, these awards have evolved to adapt to the changing needs of the business environment. Compared to previous editions, this year saw a significant increase in participation, reflecting a growing interest from local entrepreneurs in being recognised for their efforts.
The organisation behind the event is the responsibility of the Móstoles City Council and Móstoles Desarrollo. Their aim is to promote entrepreneurship and innovation within the municipality, as well as to publicly recognise those efforts that contribute to local economic growth.
As Móstoles continues to develop as a hub for new business ideas, these awards serve as a platform to inspire future entrepreneurs. The community is invited to continue supporting these initiatives that benefit not only individual entrepreneurs but also the social fabric as a whole.
