A Showcase of Creativity in the Heart of the City
The Spanish capital becomes a hub for craft lovers with the arrival of the XII edition of the Spring Fair. This event, organised by the Madrid Association of Artisan Trades (AMOA), takes place from 13th to 30th May, offering a unique opportunity to explore and acquire exclusive pieces crafted by over 50 creators from various regions of the country.
This year, the event has expanded its route from Plaza de Colón to Almirante Street, allowing visitors to enjoy a longer stroll among the different stalls. The new layout not only facilitates access but also invites attendees to immerse themselves in a vibrant and creative atmosphere.
The fair has established itself as one of the most important gatherings in Madrid, where one can find works that combine traditional artisan techniques with contemporary designs. Attendees will be able to admire a wide variety of products, including ceramics, jewellery, glass, textiles, leather, and leather goods, all crafted with a focus on sustainability and responsible consumption.
It’s not just about observing; this year the fair incorporates participatory activities through social media. Visitors will have the opportunity to participate in raffles offering vouchers worth a total of 1,500 euros, redeemable directly among the present artisans. This initiative aims to foster a closer connection between creators and consumers.
The hours are generous, allowing everyone to enjoy without haste: from 11:00 to 21:00 every day. The Spring Fair is not just a commercial event; it is also a cultural celebration that promises to enrich spring experiences in Madrid.
