Police operation reveals a dark network in Móstoles
In a shocking operation, the National Police have dismantled a criminal network operating in a villa in Móstoles, where women were sexually exploited in inhumane conditions. This operation, which took place in early February, culminated in the arrest of seven individuals and the liberation of 18 victims who had been subjected to abuse and coercion.
The investigation began in October 2025, following a report made by a woman at the Villalba University Hospital. The victim recounted her terrifying experience from her arrival in Spain to her exploitation in the villa turned brothel. Her testimony was crucial for the authorities to initiate a thorough follow-up of the case.
The women were forced to live in extreme conditions within the property. They slept cramped in bunk beds located in the basement, sharing a single bathroom and under constant surveillance. They were prohibited from turning off the lights at night and were recorded even while sleeping or changing. This extreme monitoring aimed to keep them under control and prevent any escape attempts.
The leaders of the criminal group were responsible not only for the forced accommodation but also for the advertising management of the victims. The women had to dress provocatively to be photographed, and their images were used to advertise sexual services on various websites. To carry out this task, they had the collaboration of at least two men responsible for editing the photographs with specialized software.
Apart from physical and psychological abuse, the organization also supplied drugs to the victims, including cocaine and sexual enhancers. This consumption not only severely affected the physical and mental health of the women but also created a dependency that increased their debts to the exploiters.
The network had established a commercial structure composed of at least four fictitious companies to hide its illegal activities. This further complicated police work in trying to trace the financial flows associated with this criminal activity.
During the operation, 10,000 euros in cash were seized, as well as various doses of narcotic substances and computer material related to sexual exploitation. The 18 liberated women have received assistance from non-governmental organizations specialized in helping trafficking victims.
