A clash between Latin gangs erupted in the early hours of Saturday in a park in the Ciudad Lineal district of Madrid, resulting in one dead and two seriously injured. The events occurred around midnight on Elfo Street, where several young people confronted each other with machetes. In this brawl, a Spanish young man aged 23 was stabbed in the chest and died from his injuries. Additionally, another Colombian young man aged 17 was taken to hospital with critical injuries to his arm and chest, while a Peruvian minor, also aged 17, is in serious condition after suffering cuts to his back.
The violence erupted near an area frequented by bars, raising concerns among residents about public safety. So far, there have been no arrests related to this violent incident. Authorities have deployed officers from the Information Brigade and the Homicide Group V to investigate what happened. However, no knives used during the fight have been found so far.
