An unexpected incident on Solana Street
A traffic accident has shaken the tranquility of the municipality of Torrejón de Ardoz, where three officers from the State Security Forces were injured following a collision between a National Police patrol car and a private vehicle. The incident occurred around 5:00 PM, generating great interest among the locals who witnessed the dramatic crash.
According to preliminary reports, the patrol car was travelling along the central Solana Street without activating its lights or sirens, indicating that it was not responding to any emergency. At that moment, the official vehicle did not have the right of way, which may have influenced the outcome of the incident.
The local officer involved in the accident was driving a high-end car when, for reasons still under investigation, it collided with the patrol car. Fortunately, medical services arrived quickly at the scene to assist those involved.
Despite the apparent severity of the crash and the significant material damage caused to both vehicles, initial medical evaluations indicated that none of the three occupants had suffered serious injuries. All were discharged without the need for medical leave and will be able to return to their usual duties without issues.
The news has generated mixed reactions among local residents. Some express concern about road safety in an area with such heavy traffic, while others highlight the rapid response of medical and police services in critical situations like this.
